While we do our best to display the colour of the products as close to the original as possible, we are not responsible for colours represented by different devices and monitors.

Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges or refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
The wrong product has been sent out to the customer by ABB, please note it has to be in its original packaging for it to be exchanged. Kindly notify us within 3 hours of receiving the item and provide pictures to support claim. Kindly also include your waybill / tracking number.
For hygiene reasons makeup products can not be refunded or exchanged.
All hair orders are non refundable. Makeup refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
All make-up products will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
Kindly note we are not responsible for any third party delays from the courier company. This includes deliveries over public holidays, weekends and late deliveries.
For all hair orders kindly allow 15-20 working days. We aim to deliver within 10 days of receiving the payment.
A standard shipping fee of R99 Nation wide applies to all orders. Free shipping for Makeup orders over R700.
Kindly allow 2-3 working days for payment to reflect in our account if you are not banking with FNB.
If proof of payment hasn’t been received within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
Lay-by on Human Hair Orders
We accept lay-by on human hair orders.
Payment needs to be completed in 2 -3 instalment. Once we receive the final payment will your order be dispatched to you.
Failure to pay instalments consecutively will result in a forfeit in previous payments as well as no future lay-by orders will be accepted from that customer.
All discounts do not apply to lay-by orders.
