Exchanges or refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
If the wrong product has been sent out to the customer by ABB, please note it has to be in its original packaging for it to be exchanged. Kindly notify us within 3 hours of receiving the item and provide pictures to support the claim. Kindly also include your waybill/tracking number.
For hygiene reasons, makeup products can not be refunded or exchanged.
All hair orders are non-refundable. Makeup refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
